The AFCON final is finally here!

It’s been a beautiful ride since the 21st of June, but we are almost at the end of this season’s journey. We started with 24 teams, and now, we are down to our final two.

Senegal and Algeria will be going against each other tomorrow for the AFCON champions title.

Nigeria and Tunisia lost their chance at winning the title in their semifinal games. Tunisia suffered a 1-0 defeat from Senegal while Algeria beat Nigeria with a 2-1 scoreline.

We now have a third-place team for this season though. Yesterday, Tunisia and Nigeria had a matchup, and Nigeria won the game with a 1-0 scoreline.

Now, the focus is on Senegal and Algeria. Which of these teams do you think will win the title this season? Will it be Senegal or Algeria?

That’s left for you to decide.

But while you do, let’s take a look a how both teams have performed throughout this season.

Senegal

Senegal have been hell-bent on winning the title season, and the outcome of this game will determine if they will achieve this goal

They, however, have their work cut out for them.

True, they have great attackers like Ismaila Sarr, Keita Balde, and Sadio Mane. But the last time they met Algeria and won was in May 2008, when a goal from Abdoulaye Faye sealed a win for them.

After that game, both teams have had a face-off five times, and Algeria won four of those games and the last ended in a draw.

Also, Senegal has lost only one game this season, and they lost to Algeria.

If they want to win this game, they have to make sure that they perform better than they did in their last meeting.

Algeria and Senegal met earlier this season, and Algeria won.

Algeria

Algeria has been one of the best teams at the AFCON 2O19 games, and they have deserved their seat at the final table.

They have not lost any game in this season so far. The only game they didn’t finish with a win ended in a draw.

They have scored a total of 12 goals and have conceded only two

Algeria have faced Senegal 22 times, and they won 13 of those games losing only four. Algeria met Senegal earlier this season, and they finished with a 1-0 win.

It is not surprising that they enter this game the more confident team. They just have to keep up with the performance we have seen so far.

If you have missed out on all the action this season, you do not want to miss this final game. So, get your betting slips ready and begin making your predictions.

This just might be your chance to win big this week.

So, over to you….

Which team do you think will win the AFCON title? Will be an Algeria victory? Or will it be Senegal celebrating?
