Welcome to yet another month, the beautiful month of April!
The first quarter of 2019 is now gone and another one is upon us.
For the next 30 days, the world of sport will be filled with a lot of exciting drama; drama you should position yourself well enough to cash in on.
1. English Premier League
European football drama will continue from where it stopped in March. Of all the top five European leagues, the Premier League is one of the titles still up for grabs.
It seems the PL battle between Liverpool and Manchester City will go down to the wire. And both sides have crucial games to play this month.
The second Manchester derby of the season will be played this month, as Man. City try to retain their title. They will also have to find a way past Tottenham this month.
For Liverpool, they still have to play Chelsea at Anfield later this month.
2. UEFA Champions League
April can also be called a month of UCL football as both the legs of the quarter-final games will be played alongside the first leg of the semi-final games.
The four English teams, alongside Barcelona, Juventus and the likes will battle it out for a chance to advance to the semi-final.

3. German Bundesliga
The battle for supremacy continues in Germany.
It’s been a two-horse race for the German Bundesliga this season: a battle between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern. Both sides have had their fair share of occupying the top spot on the table this season.
However, the key battle is for which side will be the best of the rest, come May 2019. And the first weekend in April will feature a clash between both sides; a major clash that may decide which team wins the title.

4. Other Sports
Although it’s a month of football, other sporting events will occur during the month.
In U.S.A, the NBA regular season will come to an end. By the middle of the month, the NBA Playoff season will start, featuring 16 teams of players all hoping to win the championship ring come June.
Formula 1 action continues this month with two races set to go down: one in China and another in Azerbaijan. Lewis Hamilton won the Bahrain Grand Prix and will be looking to continue his winning run. However, he now has more than enough drivers to contend with, including Charles Leclerc.
