The weekend kicked off with PSG starting off their campaign with a loss to a newly-promoted side.

NFL
The new American football season kicks off this weekend. Amidst the whole Black Lives Matter movement, players will try to earn the first set of points for their teams this weekend. Once the Chiefs kick things off against the Texans, it’ll be all about the race to the play-off season.

La Liga
The top two teams in the league have extended breaks. And that’s why the league will be resuming without them, at least for the opening weekend. The same also applies to Europa League winners, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.

MLS
Columbus have only lost once in the last 10 games they’ve played. They have only conceded two goals so far this season, scoring 16. They’ve been the best team in the Eastern Conference.
Two teams in the Western Conference have scored an average of two goals per game in the league this season. And rightfully so, Minnesota United and Kansas City are at the top of the table. The goals have been aplenty since the league resumes.

Ligue 1
Only one game has finished without a goal since the league resumes some three weeks ago. Now into the third round, teams return to continue their journey to try to win the title or at least, qualify for Europe.
By the way, the away wins were popular among the teams in Round two, with five of the games finishing with the away sides as the winner.
