Just a few days ago, the draw for the fifth round of FA Cup games was made. Chelsea versus Manchester United is one of the games fans are looking forward to later this month. But that’s not before all unsettled business from the fourth round is finished.
A number of games from the fourth round ended without an outright winner. Being the FA Cup, the rules demand that all first leg games without a winner be replayed. Without a replay of these games, the competition cannot proceed.
This week, four games will be replayed. Should these games end in a draw, then penalties will be used to decide the winner.

Wolves will be in action at home against Shrewsbury. This will be a continuation of their first leg encounter which ended in a 2-2 draw. Wolverhampton Wanderers is the only side amongst the eight that is a Premier League side.
It was more difficult for them playing away from home as they needed to pull a come-back after going two goals down.

One of the highest scoring games in the fourth round was the 3-3 draw between Brentford and Barnet. With the game ending in a stalemate, the replay will see both sides try to outscore themselves this time around.
Brentford, the home side, is on a nine-game unbeaten streak. The last football game played by the Championship side against Blackburn saw them score five goals. On the other hand, Barnet has only won two of their last five away matches.

Manchester City put five past Burnley to qualify for the fifth round. But they’re yet to know which side they’ll play in the fifth round. At least they’re sure it’ll be one of either Middlesbrough or Newport Co.
