We are in another season of international football.
Competitions involving different nations of the world have begun. And for now, club football might take a shift to the background.
We have about five different international games either ongoing or about to begin.
Already, we have gradually begun to ease into the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Also, we are expecting that Copa America, African Cup of Nations and Gold Cup begin very soon.
From this weekend, some of these games will take off.
It will be left to you to make your prediction and pick which sides you want to support.
So, as these various competitions take shape, we have a question for you: what teams will you be backing this season?
Let’s take a look at the various competitions.

FIFA Women’s World Cup
We are already excited about the Women’s world cup.
Games have begun earnestly and the ranks on each group’s table are taking shape.
At this point, it is quite hard determining which team has better chances of winning the cup.
But so far, countries like Spain, France, Norway, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Canada, Netherlands, the USA and Sweden are off to a great start
USA started out as favorites to win. Let’s hope it continues that way.

African Cup of Nations
The African Cup of Nations is set to start on the 21st of this month.
24 teams from Africa will be participating in the competition. Right now, our favorite to win is Cameroon.
They will be defending their title throughout this season. They have won the championship title five times.
We can only hope that they can make it the sixth time.
We are also excited to see the Pharaohs play. They got knocked out of the game in the finals last season.
But they also have won the title seven times. Hopefully, they do not just make it to the finals this time, but win.

Copa America
This is another league you need to watch out for.
The competition begins on the 14th which is two days from now.
12 teams will be competing for the championship title. We will be witnessing Messi playing for his country Argentina and Ronaldo, playing for Brazil.
The question on most minds is: Which G.O.A.T will be able to lead his team to victory?
Also, Japan and Qatar will be featuring in this season’s games even though they are not part of the South America Football Confederation (CONMEBOL).
The season has barely begun and there already is a plot twist. You don’t want to miss out on it.
