The Premier League continues this weekend.
And as usual, the battle for the top four has been nothing short of dramatic.
Currently, we have Manchester City sitting at the top of the table with 92 points. Liverpool, next, currently occupy the second position with 91 points.
In the third and fourth slots, we have Tottenham and Chelsea respectively.
But are those slots conclusive? Is this how the PL season would end?
Well, if you know anything about football, you’d agree that it’s still very impossible to tell.
Why? The top spot is still heavily contested between current top two, while the remaining two slots (#3 and #4) are madly contested by four other teams.
Let’s analyze each team in the race for the top-four PL slot.
Manchester City and Liverpool
Both teams have occupied the top two positions on the list throughout this season.
And with the number of points they have accumulated, they are the only teams that have the title in sight.
Though Manchester City are at the top of the list, they still have to win their last two games if they want to retain their title.
After 12 wins on the bounce, they seem favorites to win the PL title. They still have to be wary of Liverpool — and unnecessary slip-ups.
Tottenham
Tottenham still holds the 3rd spot at the moment.
Having won three of their last five games, the possibility of Tottenham finishing in the top four is high.
Up next is their game against Bournemouth, a fixture Tottenham has dominated in recent times.
This will be followed by their game against Everton.
Spurs need to win these two games to finish the season in top four.
Chelsea
Chelsea’s performance so far has not been impressive.
Any slip might push them out of the race for the top four. They need to win all their remaining games to secure a top four finish this season.

Arsenal
Arsenal has conceded nine goals in their last three games.
They have also lost four of their last five games. If this trend continues, the Gunners will have to settle for Europa League football, again.
Arsenal need to stop conceding goals and start winning games. Despite this, arsenal needs Tottenham and Chelsea to drop points to stand a chance in this race.

Manchester United
Up next for the Red Devils is a trip to Huddersfield Town, before their final game of the season against Cardiff City.
To achieve a top four finish, they need to win their last two games and hope that other teams drop points.
Having lost three of their last five games in the league, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men need a drastic change in form to make into the top four.
What do you think? Which of these four teams do you think will finish the season in the top four?
