Serie A Game Week 4 Preview: Can Inter Break Juventus’ Dominance

September 24, 2019 Leave a Comment

The Serie A games this season are well underway.

This is Game week 4, and the league is already taking an interesting turn of events.

For almost a decade, Juventus have dominated Serie A. They have won the title eight times in a row and they are currently the defending champions.

But looking at the table this week, they are not at the top as they usually were. Instead, we have Inter Milan with a 100%-win record sitting on the top of the table.

The question on every one’s mind is: will Inter Milan break Juventus dominance this season?

So, what’s your take? Is this possible?

What makes Inter a threat this season?

The fear that Inter just might be a threat for Juventus this season stemmed from the appointment of Antionio Conte as Inter’s coach.

This was the man who started Juventus’ winning streak. He led the team to win their first three out of eight consecutive titles.

Now, Inter have him in their court and we are already beginning to see the effect in their form this season.

They have won all of the games they have played this season.

Even though Juventus boast of a stronger squad, if there is anything we know about Conte, it is his ability to make the best of average players.

Apart from Conte being on their side, Inter’s performance on the pitch has taken a better turn.

They added Nicolo Barella and Stefano Sensi this summer and also new team players like Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku to their attack.

With the arrival of Antionio Conte as Inter’s coach, do you think this season will be more wins than losses for them?

However…

Juventus can still dominate

Inter’s great form does not mean that Juventus does not have a shot at winning the Serie A title this season.

They have not lost any game since the beginning of the season, and as it stands, they’re closely tailing Inter with just two points behind.

Out of the four games they have played, they won three and one ended in a draw.

They may not be at the number one spot yet, but the season has not yet ended, and we can’t make our conclusions just yet.

These teams are two hotties we are looking out for this season.

Hopefully, the best emerges as the champion. And who knows, another team might just surprise us and take the win from both Inter and Juve this season.
