Later this month, the 55th edition of the Super Bowl will be played. Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kansas City Chiefs are the current NFL champions and will be looking to make it back-to-back wins. For Tom Brady, it’s another Super Bowl to feature in (the 10th in his career) and hopefully win.

  1. Grand Slam

Tennis action will feature some of the biggest names in the sport this month as the major tournaments kick off. Proceedings will start off with the ATP Cup, which will be quickly followed by the first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open.

From Naomi Osaka to Novak Djokovic, Rafa Nadal and Serena Williams, the two weeks tournament will see tennis players go head-to-head for a shot at glory.

  1. UEFA Champions League

By the second half of the month kicks in, it will usher in the knockout phase of the UEFA Champions League. The famous anthem will ring out again across stadiums in Europe as the heavyweights clash for the chance to progress further in the competition.

All 16 teams will have a single mission this month: Take an advantage into the second leg of their Round of 16 fixture, which will take place in March.
