Another weekend is here again. While it’s not the opening weekend of the new Premier League season, there’s plenty of footballing action this weekend.
This time of the year can be the hardest for some sports fans – particularly football fans – around the world. It’s been majorly news, rumors of moves, and…even more moves. Sporting action has been somewhat scarce this week.
But that hasn’t stopped all the mountain climbing and racing in the Tour de France. There’s also Formula One action in London and Wimbledon continues.

Formula One
Yes, there’s some Formula One action going down this weekend. The race will take place on Lewis Hamilton’s home ground, the Mercedes driver who is currently 20 points adrift race leader Sebastian Vettel.
Both men while going head to head will also be wary of threats from names like Daniel Ricciardo and Valtteri Botas, the winner of the Austrian Grand Prix.
Wimbledon
Eventful will an understatement when describing how events at this year’s Wimbledon has turned out to be. Venus Williams has made it into the finals of the Ladies’ event while Roger Federer seems to be powering his way through the tourney. Sounds like an event for the oldies, right?

Then on Saturday, G. Muguruza faces Venus Williams in the final of the Ladies’ event while Sunday will feature the Gentlemen’s final.
