January was a pretty long month (as usual).
And almost everyone is happy that the month is done with. As we approach the month of February, it’s imperative to note just how busy a month it will be.
The second month in 2020 will feature the NBA Finals, the Super Bowl, the return of the Champions League, among many other blockbuster events in the world of sports.

The highest-scoring side in Europe takes a trip to London to face the side with the worst defense in the Premier League’s top six. It’s arguably the biggest Premier League fixture of the weekend, because it’s a clash between two old foes, Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola.
The last time both sides met, it ended in a 2-2 draw, with City having a last-minute Gabriel Jesus goal cancelled by VAR. That was the first time in the last five games between both sides that Man. City failed to beat Spurs.

Despite their poor run of form, Spurs are unbeaten in their last four games in all competitions.
Asides losses to Chelsea and Liverpool, Tottenham have remained unbeaten at home in their last 11 home games. And they will be looking to make the most of their home form when the reigning PL champions come visiting.
Only three teams have succeeded in defeating Manchester City away from the Etihad this season. And all three away defeats have come in the Premier League, against Norwich, Liverpool and Wolves.
With the league title now well beyond reach, Man. City will now be looking to seal second spot in the league standings.
Having scored the first goal in eight of their last nine meetings against Spurs, Guardiola will be hoping the trend continues in this Super Sunday clash.
Tottenham’s struggle to keep a clean sheet will also be a source of concern for Jose Mourinho, who has lost 11 of the last 22 meetings against Pep Guardiola. Tottenham have only kept a clean sheet once in their last 11 games.
As they prepare to face a side that has scored 64 times in 24 league games, a goal fest may just be on the cards in this game.
