Who Will Get Knocked Out

We have got some action going on in the international Youth Football world.

The U19 European Championship kickstarted earlier this month, and now, we are anticipating the outcome of the semi-final games.

You will agree that the game gets more interesting when it is approaching the end.

Portugal will be going against the Republic of Ireland while France will be going heads on against Spain.

It’s been a short season but an exciting one as well. If you haven’t added games from this league on your bet slip, then you should, before it ends.

The four teams participating in this round have performed well this season. Who amongst them will get knocked out in the semi-final games?

Let’s take a look at how these teams have performed this season:

Portugal vs. the Republic of Ireland

Portugal finished top of group A’s table.

Out of the three games they have played this season, they won two, and the other ended in a draw.

In three games, they scored eight goals and conceded just one. They walk into the semifinals with seven points.

The Republic of Ireland has done relatively well this season. Not so much as one would expect from a team playing in the semifinals though.

They won one game, lost one, and the other ended in a draw. They have only four points to show for the three games they have played so far.

They have scored three goals and conceded three goals.

In this game, Portugal seems to have better chances of winning. But if the Republic of Ireland have been able to bring themselves this far, they probably might make it to the finals still.

Republic of Ireland have won only one game this season.

France vs. Spain

France has performed better than any other team this season. They won all the three games they played.

It is not surprising that they are at the top of their group’s table.

They have scored five goals and have conceded none. With nine points, they move to the semi-finals.

Their opponent, Spain, have gone through this season without a loss to their name. However, one of their games ended in a draw.

Spain have scored seven goals since the beginning of this season, and they conceded three.

Even though their performance is not as impressive as France’s, yet we cannot say which of these teams will win.

Both sides have not lost any game this season.
